Tuesdays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Wednesdays: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Anyone experiencing food insecurity can visit our foodbanks weekly.
Our foodbank is open three days a week, with an additional option of door dash if you are unable to come in person.
Emergency food is still available M-F 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, and Saturdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at POM, please call or ring bell on back door and someone will meet you outside.
Door Dash
POM partners with United Way of King County to provide door dash food bank bags to people experiencing food insecurity in our service area who are unable to come in person to the food bank. You can signup through the United Way of King County signup form here.
Funding and Support
Our foodbanks are supported in part by Northwest Harvest and Food Lifeline. In addition to these regional food bank non-profits our foodbanks are also supported by local farmers, churches, businesses and individuals.
WE FEED WA
We are excited to announce that beginning in October 2023 and running through June 2025, POM will be participating in a pilot program with We Feed WA. Food purchased using this funding will be available at both of our food bank locations during our normal distribution hours.
Information for donors:
The food banks actively serve 100-150 families per week (about 550-650 individuals).
Food donations can be made at the foodbank during open hours:
Monday 11:30 - 3:00 pm
Tuesday 8:30 - 12:00 pm
Wednesday 8:30 - 12:00 pm
If you have a food drive donation or need to drop off at another time please give us a call at 360-825-8961. Special delivery arrangements can be made for food drives.
Fresh produce can be delivered at any of the times above.
Canned goods and pre-packaged goods must be unopened and with current expiration dates. Other donations, such as toiletries, diapers, baby wipes and feminine products, are also welcomed! Travel-sized toiletries are also needed.
Clothing Bank Update
Our clothing bank has moved from a standing open time to an as needed basis. If you need clothing please call our offices at 360-825-8961 and make an appointment to receive a clothing voucher for More Pennies From Heaven.
